FC Spartak Moscow have officially confirmed that midfielder Esequiel Barco has signed a contract extension, committing his future to the club until June 2030.
The 27-year-old Argentine attacking midfielder originally moved to the Russian Premier League from River Plate in July 2024.
Since arriving in Moscow, Barco has established himself as an influential figure in the side’s creative department, earning recognition including the league’s Player of the Month award earlier in the year.
The new agreement secures his services at the Lukoil Arena for the long term.
