US Lecce have officially announced that goalkeeper and club captain Wladimiro Falcone has signed a contract extension, keeping him at the Via del Mare until 30 June 2029.
The 31-year-old Italian shot-stopper, who holds the record for the most goalkeeper appearances in the club’s history, has cemented his position as a core leadership figure for the Giallorossi.
The agreement extends his stay in Apulia by an additional season beyond his previous contract, securing defensive continuity for Lecce in Serie A.
