Portuguese winger Rafael Leão has landed in Istanbul ahead of his move to Galatasaray. According to reports from Turkish media, Galatasaray will pay AC Milan an upfront transfer fee of €38m, with an additional €5m in potential add-ons.
Leão was greeted by supporters at the airport following his arrival from Milan. He expressed his enthusiasm upon landing:
“I am really happy to be here. I’m excited to have such great fans, and I hope I can bring big joy to all Galatasaray supporters.”
The forward is scheduled to undergo medical examinations before signing a four-year contract through 2030 to complete his transition to the Süper Lig champions.
