Juventus are planning discussions with winger Nicolás González regarding a contract extension during the upcoming international break, according to Italian journalist Nicolò Schira.
The 28-year-old Argentina international is under contract in Turin until June 2029, but the Bianconeri hierarchy are prepared to offer an extra one or two years to secure his future long term.
González spent the previous campaign on loan at Atlético Madrid. Despite interest over the summer from the Spanish outfit, Serie A rivals Inter Milan, and a Saudi Pro League side, the forward opted to remain at Juventus.
He has started his second stint at the club in strong fashion, recording two goals and one assist across four appearances in all competitions, with club executives now looking to reward his output with extended terms.
