Atlético Madrid have entered the race to sign Athletico Paranaense centre-back Arthur Dias, alongside Premier League sides Tottenham Hotspur and Nottingham Forest, according to TEAMtalk.
The 19-year-old defender has drawn increasing attention across Europe following a standout period in the Brasileirão that culminated in a call-up to the senior Brazil national team under manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Although Dias remains under contract with the Curitiba-based club through December 2028, Athletico Paranaense are reportedly preparing to initiate negotiations over an upgraded contract to protect his value and deter prospective suitors.
