Brentford have completed the transfer of defender El Hadji Malick Diouf from West Ham United on a five-year contract through 2031, with a club option to extend for a further year. The 21-year-old left-back joins for a fee of €40.8m, according to Transfermarkt.com.
Diouf spent one season at West Ham, where he made 32 Premier League appearances and recorded five assists. The defender, who featured for Senegal at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, completes a move to the Gtech Community Stadium to join manager Keith Andrews’ squad.
Andrews noted that Diouf brings physical presence and defensive versatility to the team’s backline. The player has passed his medical examinations and is available for selection in Brentford’s upcoming Premier League fixture.
